Telephone Call Back

We offer a call back option when we are experiencing exceptionally high call volumes.

By selecting a call back, your place in the telephone queue will be held and a call handler will return your call when you reach queue position No1.

You can cancel your call back at any time by phoning the Practice and selecting option 2.

The message will then advise you that you have a call back in place and you will be offered the option to remain in the call back queue or cancel the call back.

Please cancel the call back if you no longer need it
