We want to reassure patients that following the Government’s advice for England to go in to lockdown we will still be open and available to help you with your health queries and problems and prescriptions.  We are working hard to have more call handlers on the phones, but please don’t forget you can access our services through Engage Consult,, click on Engage Consult

We will continue to follow government guidance so all appointments with our doctors will continue to be telephone first and you will only be asked to come to the Practice if your doctor needs to see you.  This keeps you and us safe and follows NHS England Guidance to minimise contact.

Please be aware there is a national shortage of the steroid medications used to inject into joints for a number of conditions.  This is impacting on existing appointments. We are working hard to improve supply and limit the number of cancelled appointments.  We hope to restore any cancelled appointments as soon as possible and apologise for any inconvenience this may cause our patients.

Please contact the team direct by calling 01664 503000 and select the Prescriptions team option or email the team direct at [email protected]

Measles is extremely infectious and can be serious. If you have symptoms of measles, please stay at home and phone your GP or NHS 111 for advice. STAY AWAY from GP surgeries and A&E departments – you could spread the illness to others.
