We want to reassure patients that following the Government’s advice for England to go in to lockdown on Thursday we will still be open and available to help you with your health queries and problems and prescriptions.  We are working hard to have more call handlers on the phones, but please don’t forget you can access our services through Engage Consult, www.lhmp.co.uk, click on Engage Consult

We will continue to follow government guidance so all appointments with our doctors will continue to be telephone first and you will only be asked to come to the Practice if your doctor needs to see you.  This keeps you and us safe and follows NHS England Guidance to minimise contact.
