Flexible Salaried GP Position

Want the benefits of a settled position without the long days that usually comes with it? At Latham House we’re creating a new post to meet your needs. Perhaps you’ve tried locuming but miss being part of a team? Or can’t find a salaried position that works for you?

Latham House is a Practice large enough to accommodate GPs working in a variety of ways. We want to work with you to design a role and job plan that suits you. You can work sessions in any window between 8:00am to 7:00pm Monday to Friday, decide how many patients you want to see and how long you want for each appointment, if you want to do any visits and what paperwork you want to have.

In return, we’ll offer you a sessional rate in proportion to the work you want to do, provide you with the administrative and clinical support you need and give you access to our comprehensive in-house CPD, as well as the usual generous amounts of annual leave and study leave. If instead you’d prefer a more traditional salaried role, we can provide that too.

If you’re interested we’d love to speak to you. To arrange an informal discussion or visit, or to apply, please contact:
